Job Description
- Req#: 614701
- Validation of Base SW with focus on either of Diagnostics, Network management, Network Security or Gateway Functions.
- Requirement Engineering, Test Specification & Automation, Configuration development &Execution.
- Going through the AUTOSAR and Daimler Standard documents, be a part of review and contribute in refining of requirement for the project
- Development of Test Cases to validate Standard SW requirements.
- Execute test cases and Analyze the failures
- Discuss the defects with Suppliers and Developers and ensure closure of the same.
- Feature Based Testing for BSW on SYS 4 & SYS 5 as per ASPICE.
- Vector HIL setup and Vector Canoe Configurations development.
- Vector Diva for Diagnostics Test automation.
- Diagnostics Databases (CDD/PDX/ODX), AUTOSAR Networking Databases (arxml)
- Communication protocols- CAN/CAN FD, Flexray and Ethernet/ DOIP
- Special purpose frames like XCP
- AUTOSAR architecture and module interactions for SYS4 testing.
- Strong knowledge on AUTOSAR architecture (Strong knowledge on base software components)
- UDS based on ISO 14229 and ISO 15765(0x10, 0x22, 0x2E, 0x31 etc.) with NRC, Secured diagnostics services (0x27, 0x29) certificate based authentication.
- Error Management as per AUTOSAR specifications (0x19, 0x14)
- Flashing Process, Bootloader, off board & Onboard Tester, OTA, Debug Ports (0x34, 0x35, 0x36, 0x37)
- Diag Gateway, Functional gateway, Routing engine concepts
- Strong knowledge on PDUs like I-PDU and S-PDU.
- Knowledge UDP, TCP, SOME/IP
- Initial handshake Handshake mechanisms in automotive Ethernet
- Ethernet OBD (On Board Diagnostics)
- Functions of Ethernet Switch
- VLAN, Ethernet socket adopter
- Static & Dynamic IP address assignment
- CAN, Flexray and Ethernet Sleep & Wake-up mechanism
- Partial Networking
- Strong knowledge on Autosar E2E profiles.
- Good understanding on ARP and SDP protocols.
- Strong knowledge on CMAC (Freshness counter, sync counter), Secure on board communication
- Good working knowledge HSM (Hardware Security Module)
- Strong knowledge on diagnostics services ( 0x27, 0x29, 0x31, 0x34, 0x35, 0x36, 0x37).
- Very good knowledge on Autosar crypto stacks (CSM, KeyM, CryIf)
- Strong knowledge on TLS and DoIP.
- Strong knowledge on algorithms like symmetric key, PKI, certificate based authentication
- Good knowledge on Vector Security manager in CANoe.
- Good on knowledge AUTOSAR concepts like DCM, Com Stack, PDUR, CANIF
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronic
- 3-7 years of overall experience in Automotive domain
