      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate implementation of EDI processes, including eligibility, claims, and group files for health plans
      - Manage end-to-end project delivery for data operations teams, including requirements gathering and execution
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
      - Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring data accuracy and reliability
      - Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed a B.S./M.S. in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a relevant equivalent
      - 5-9 years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Engineer, EDI Specialist, Business Analyst, or related Medical Insurance Analyst roles
      - Ability to coordinate integration discussions with third parties and develop documentation
      - Proficiency in managing deliverables in JIRA, Confluence, and relevant tools
      - Strong analytical skills to determine and document EDI requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare technology or personalized health platforms
      - Familiarity with EDI standards and healthcare data exchange processes
      - Ability to facilitate extensive testing and perform impact assessments
      - Interest in learning about new technologies and their practical applications
      - Experience working in a diverse and collaborative team environment
