What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and revision of the Apprenticeship Program curriculum, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Oversee and manage training initiatives that address company-wide requirements and monitor their effectiveness
- Conduct gap analyses to identify skill and knowledge development opportunities for employees
- Develop and deliver training materials and facilitate sessions across multiple locations
- Evaluate and report on training effectiveness, participant progress, and overall program success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a relevant field such as Rigging, Machinery Moving, or Construction Rigging
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL training programs
- Experience managing training programs and maintaining relevant materials and records
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in delivering training to diverse groups and various audience sizes
- Strong organization and planning skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to all staff levels
