What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design various transmission line structures and substation structures
- Prepare grading and drainage design for substations
- Develop construction drawings and material specifications
- Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time execution of work
- Work closely with project managers and engineering group managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering consulting and design experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Licensed and registered Civil Professional Engineer
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, LPILE, MFAD, RISA, STAAD, MathCAD, PLS-CADD, TOWER, POLE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Wind and solar civil engineering consulting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter with independent judgment
- Multi-tasking capabilities with ability to change focus quickly
