- Monitor, manage, and improve cash utilization and operational liquidity, across the enterprise
- Maintain enterprise cash flow forecasts, support strategic financial planning and long-term financial stability.
- Administer bank portals, treasury management systems, cash subledger activity, and lead automation initiatives that improve efficiency and controls.
- Oversee banking operations and provide counsel and support to business segments and internal stakeholders on bank processing and best practices.
- Manage corporate debt and investment portfolios, support capital structure optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 2 years of treasury experience; or a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in treasury or financial services operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Hands-on experience in cash management and cash optimization for a mid-sized organization.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and support cash forecast models, familiarity with forecasting methodologies and liquidity planning.
- Working knowledge of bank transaction processes, online banking portals, and treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, Quantum, SAP Treasury).
- Self-motivated and curious individual with a focus on identifying and executing process improvements.
- Exposure to corporate debt and investment portfolio management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in banking transactions and cash reporting.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a transactional environment.

The Senior Treasury Analyst will manage daily liquidity, enterprise-wide cash forecasting, and banking strategy to ensure efficient cash utilization and financial stability. Leverage treasury management systems and cash subledger expertise to drive automation initiatives. Recognized as a Treasury subject matter expert, advising internal stakeholders on bank transaction processes and integrations. Oversee debt and investment strategy, risk mitigation, SOX compliance, and internal controls.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
