Status: Full-Time permanent position (40 hours)
Standard working hours: 830am to 530pm EST, M-F

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for accurately developing employer group rates. Works with the sales department to finalize rates and develop appropriate benefit alternatives as appropriate. Acts as a mentor/ advisor to Underwriters and Underwriting Trainees. Responsible for cases with the highest level of complexity.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $60,756.8 - $101,245.4. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
