- Underwrite and roll-over Security Guard Portfolio to SCIS
- Develop pricing approaches and workflows for security guard submissions
- Foster and develop agency relationships
- Generate new sales volume and retain existing clients
- Review accounts for proper classification and adherence to guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of insurance experience with 5 years in workers' compensation underwriting
- Strong background in security industry related risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to work in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience overseeing affinity or safety group programs
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Excellent sales and communication demeanor
