      CACI is looking for an experienced Senior Unified Communications Voice Engineer in support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) customer in NCR.

      The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.

      Typical duties include:

      • Lead the technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and testing of technical solutions for enterprise Unified Communication (UC) Voice communications.

      • Prepare detailed product designs and documentation,

      • Ensure all requirements are met

      • Provide financial estimates for implementation and sustainment

      • Deliver implementation schedule with milestones for integration into the enterprise and transfer to Operations for government approval.

      • Ensure designs comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and International Partner Interoperability/compatibility standards, current/future system plans, and security requirements.

      • Help define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice solutions

      You’ll Bring These Qualifications

      • Experienced in leading edge unified communication products

      • Design, development, delivery, and experience of Unified Communication (UC) System platforms that improve the performance and scalability of existing systems,

      • Define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice and video solutions. UC systems include but are not limited to Studio Video Teleconferencing (SVTC), Desktop Video Conferencing (DVTC), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Multiway/Meet-Me, Streaming Services, Chat Services, and Microsoft Teams Services.

      • Extensive knowledge should include VCWizard, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco CODEX, Cisco Wedex, CODIAN Multipoint Connection Unites, Cisco Expressways, VBrick, Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCM), Cisco Unified Boarder Controllers, Cisco Expressways, V2CDS/V3CDS.

      • Telecommunications protocols, communications and standards, H.323, MGCP, SIP and E.164.

      • BS degree and 10years' experience with Unified Command Voice

      • DOD 8570 IAT2 Compliant

      • CUCM Manager Course

      • Fully adjudicated TS/SCI clearance

      These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

      • Highly desired certification CCIE-Voice

      • CISSP
