      Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      Cox Enterprises is currently looking for a Senior University Relations Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia or Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is a mix of work-from-office/work-from-home.

      The Role:

      The Senior University Relations Recruiter is responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting, supporting fast-paced, high-growth business units to support all of Cox’s early talent programs. The ideal candidate will be able to execute talent acquisition activities, serve as the primary point-of-contact and relationship partner with hiring managers, universities, trade schools and diversity organizations.

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as a trusted partner by driving day-to-day recruiting operations in alignment with short-term talent needs and long-term business growth.

      • Source and hire for early talent roles year-round across all Cox divisions and functional areas.

      • Manage full-cycle execution of the university recruiting process from beginning to end including job posting at target schools, sourcing through campus events, interviewing, managing the offer process and assisting with preboarding and onboarding activities.

      • Manage partnerships with hiring managers, ERGs, student clubs, program directors, career services, etc. to assist with student recruitment.

      • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to include leveraging social media to attract and hire college students and graduates for early talent roles.

      • Identify colleges and universities that will best meet the needs for the business and lead the evaluation of existing relationships for efficiency and effectiveness.

      • Lead the partnerships with colleges & universities and organize/facilitate job postings & on-campus recruiting events including career fairs, lunch and learns, and other campus recruiting initiatives.

      • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Career Services, key faculty at schools, administrators, professors and student groups at colleges and universities.

      • Serve as a point of contact for Cox business leaders, prospective students, faculty and other key stakeholders.

      • Support interns, co-ops and new graduate candidates as needed throughout the recruitment process by coaching students on resume submissions, interview skills, offer acceptance and onboarding.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ university recruitment experience.

      • Experience with navigating a university recruitment cycle, partnering with career services, engaging with students, student clubs, etc. to present recruitment opportunities.

      • Strong client-service orientation and proven ability to partner with boundary partners.

      • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

      • Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and sensitivity.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience recruiting for technical roles (software development, data science, etc.).

      • Experience building DEI university recruitment strategies with metrics to track success.
