      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with client departments to understand and support user research and testing needs
      - Design and execute user research and testing plans, including quantitative and qualitative approaches
      - Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations
      - Participate in user testing and document findings to improve user experience
      - Mentor team members and suggest operational improvements within the user research practice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience research and testing
      - Strong knowledge of user research and testing methods, including usability testing and surveys
      - Proficiency in analyzing user research and test results
      - Familiarity with Agile product development principles is strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with user research and testing tools such as Zoom, Airtable, and usertesting.com
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in presenting findings
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
      - Membership in The Mother Church and Primary Class instruction strongly preferred
