In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality and innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver user-centred solutions.
• Champion an evidence based approach to understanding user and business needs, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly to inform and validate design decisions.
• Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, observations, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform design strategy.
• Create detailed flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the user experience.
• Rapidly prototype to quickly create, test, and iterate ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design process.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Essential Skills & Experience:• 5 + years proven experience as a UX or product designer with a robust portfolio showcasing design excellence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and enable consensus.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an appetite for solving complex and ambiguous problems.
• Experience in crafting complex, integrated experiences for B2B or bio-tech products.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
