      UX Designer Role

      We are looking for an experienced UX Designer passionate about creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conducting workshops and proficiency in Figma.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Drive design workshop sessions to scope and prioritize user needs and features.
      2. Present design outputs, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly.
      3. Create user-centered designs based on business and user needs.
      4. Develop user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
      5. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible for all users.

      Requirements:

      1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
      2. At least 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma.
      3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      4. Experience designing for data analytics or data science applications.
      5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
