- Drive design workshop sessions to scope and prioritize user needs and features.
- Present design outputs, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly.
- Create user-centered designs based on business and user needs.
- Develop user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible for all users.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience designing for data analytics or data science applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer passionate about creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conducting workshops and proficiency in Figma.
