What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with research teams to recruit and schedule participants for various research studies in a timely manner
- Manage multiple concurrent studies and effectively communicate project statuses to stakeholders
- Utilize internal and external tools to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Research Ops team to optimize operational workflows
- Adhere to ethical codes and policies for conducting research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Research Operations, specifically in participant recruitment
- Strong understanding of research ethics and privacy regulations
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
