About the Team
We are a small and influential UX research team working on the Workday Peakon Employee Voice product. Our qualitative researchers come from a diverse mix of backgrounds: design research, anthropology, psychology, and applied cultural analysis. Our researchers are based in Copenhagen, our designers and product team are spread across Copenhagen, London and Dublin.
We are responsible for translating research insights to influence design, product, and strategic business decisions. We’re passionate about crafting an outstanding research organization at Workday, known for delivering high quality and timely insights that help the product teams deliver solutions that support millions of employees around the world.
Our product team is organized in groups of teams, directly aligned with strategic objectives. Our product development cycle is agile, and at the core of every product team is a “product trifecta”: a product manager, a product designer, and a tech lead. The UX researchers partner closely with each product group, hence they tend to focus their projects more on foundational and generative research and strategic research that informs the entire product group.
We’re in the midst of democratizing research and upskilling the product trifectas, so that they are able to integrate user testing with real users at relevant steps along the development cycle, quicker, more efficiently and more often. In UXR, we play an important role in enabling the trifectas in this process.About the Role

You can analyze large data sets and triangulate with other relevant data, and are comfortable planning, leading and analyzing qualitative research.
Stakeholder management is one of your core strengths and you naturally build and maintain strong and purposeful work relationships that keep people aligned, involved and enable them to reach their goals. Your ability to translate user insights to business goals is strong, and you are able to adjust your communication to fit the audience.
You can demonstrate a consistent record of completing and leading sophisticated research projects and delivering high quality, impactful insights. You are used to giving back to the community by mentoring other researchers and research partners, like designers.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
