Job Description
- Req#: 25-60040
- Crafting clear, concise and user-friendly copy for digital products (including everything from buttons, labels, bot responses, rich UI components, chips, microcopy, legal copy, headers, utterances, etc.). We work on a broad range of products from authenticated experiences to unauthenticated or small business and the respective copy amongst these products and experiences is always different depending on the goal of the flow (can be account management based, transactional, informational, promotional, etc.). The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in UX writing or a similar field, experience thinking like a designer, and experience being a strategic partner vs operating more like a consultant. There will sometimes be "quick-hit" needs hot off the presses but most of the value add in this role is someone strong enough in their craft to bring the design process into their writing process (for ex. a desire to gather/collect relevant data, iterate on copy, test baselines and changes of experiences with old content vs new content, etc.). The candidate should feel comfortable working with a wide range of partners, feel comfortable with feedback (while also knowing how to respectfully push back, when needed) and bring co-creation/design thinking into their process along with collaboration in general, where relevant. Experience on virtual assistants and/or AI platforms is required.
- Strong understanding of UX design, design principles and best practices - as this is more of a "designer with words/IA" type of role who will also lead strategically a lot of the time and not solely execute on copy
- Anything in the realm of AI/Machine learning/data science is ideal, and experience designing/writing for LLM enabled experiences is a plus, experience gaining alignment and buy-in in large organizations and/or ability to navigate large organizations (or financial institutions) is a plus
- Bachelor degree required; Master's is nice-to-have
- Health Benefits
- Referral Program
- Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
