      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator within REVS (Real Estate Valuation Services) Valuation Oversight and Monitoring Team. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Residential Appraiser. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .


      In this role, you will:

      • Act as owner for the third-party appraisal process

      • Contribute to large scale strategies related to Valuations processes

      • Review inventory and appraisals performed by third party firms

      • Provide feedback to third party appraisers

      • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the processes and risks involved

      • Collaborate with collateral exam team providing inventory valuation estimates for the purpose of establishing advance rates on individual transactions

      • Perform as project leader and mentor for other staff


      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of Valuations, Lending, or Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • CMS (Collateral Management System) experience

      • Knowledge of Residential Appraisals and USPAP

      • Customer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaints

      • Proven ability to meet quality standards

      • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

      • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

      • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data

      • Must be Real Estate Appraiser
