      Job Summary:

      - Develop and maintain analytic deliverables including dashboards, crosswalks, scorecards, reports, and databases
      - Establish and maintain data exchange activities between payer partners, technology vendors, and the employer
      - Interpret performance of ACO initiatives and present findings and recommendations to workgroups and committees

      Essential Job Functions:

      Data Pre-Processing:
      - Manipulate data from source systems to define rules for reporting
      - Cleanse data and datasets necessary for the creation of datamarts

      Report Development:
      - Collaborate with Report Sponsors to meet reporting requests
      - Create complex reporting suites that provide actionable insights for improvement

      Mentorship and Validation:
      - Serve as a mentor to Analysts within the team and across the organization
      - Provide validation for data queries and report outputs
      - Provide constructive feedback in a professional manner

      Data Specifications and Definition Documentation:
      - Create measures for reporting purposes, including defining populations and setting organization targets

      Project Management:
      - Lead responsible work through to completion
      - Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion of projects
      - Hold oneself and others accountable for assigned responsibilities

      Report Life-cycle Review and Maintenance:
      - Maintain an appropriate portfolio of work
      - Update reports and queries to match the most appropriate specifications and versions of technology available

      Data Quality Management:
      - Develop and own rules necessary to diagnose the health and stability of system-wide reports and measures
      - Complement enterprise-level rulesets and activities

      Ad-hoc Analysis and Other Duties as Assigned

      Required Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, business decision support/statistical analysis, healthcare administration, or a clinically associated health care field with strong statistical analysis
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in data systems, analysis, programming, and technical design, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Minimum 5 years of report-development experience, leveraging the most current BI tools
      - Experience providing mentorship and critical feedback
      - Advanced skill in the most current BI tools
      - Demonstrated advanced technical skill and knowledge of data systems and query languages
      - Knowledge and application of continuous improvement principles
      - Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
      - Experience with project management and proven project management skills
      - Strong organizational and consensus building skills
      - Demonstrated ability for public speaking
      - 1-5 years of healthcare experience

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Accountable Care Organization analytics
      - Knowledge of medical claims data and managed care membership data
