      About the Opportunity:
      As our Senior Vice President, Insights & Analytics, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing next-generation reports, tools, and processes that provide our clients with invaluable insights into media spend optimization across all channels. You will provide strategic oversight of business insight deliverables, working cross-functionally to ensure our clients receive seamless, best-in-class solutions efficiently, cost-effectively, and with speed and accuracy.

      This is a pivotal role for a leader who can drive CMI's vision to provide actionable analytics, foster outstanding customer service, and continuously evaluate and enhance our reporting to address complex client business questions. You will play a key role in integrating HCP and Consumer level campaign performance, partnering with our advanced analytics teams to bring forth innovative consumer solutions for planning and measurement.

      What You'll Do:
      • Drive CMIu2019s vision for actionable analytics across online and offline channels.
      • Achieve and maintain outstanding customer service and ensure customer retention.
      • Lead the ongoing evaluation of current deliverables, providing best-in-class reporting for client business questions and media plan optimization.
      • Develop processes to integrate HCP and Consumer campaign performance for optimal media spend.
      • Collaborate with internal teams team to identify planning and measurement enhancements utilizing proprietary database.
      • Partner with the advanced analytics team to create innovative consumer tools.
      • Provide strategic oversight of measurement, campaign performance analysis, and optimization recommendations for assigned accounts.
      • Serve as the point of escalation for internal requests from media and brand teams.
      • Participate in exploring new measurement and analysis methodologies.
      • Contribute to new business development activities.
      • Provide thought leadership to shape strategic direction, influence industry best practices, and elevate the organizationu2019s profile.
      • Lead and grow new capabilities from an analytics/measurement perspective.
      • Oversee the delivery of easily understood client deliverables.
      • Develop and foster strong client relationships, especially within analytic departments.
      • Ensure effective communication across interdisciplinary teams (Planning, Buying, Supplier partners, Agency, product development, etc.).
      • Work independently with guidance from the EVP regarding overall goals and objectives.
      What You Bring:
      • 10+ years of experience in related marketing, analytics, and data.
      • 5+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
      • Strong technical capabilities to guide methodology, direct tool development, and identify growth partnerships.
      • Highly skilled in manipulating data sets and creating visualizations on key platforms.
      • Analytics experience within an integrated and digital communications and/or media agency background preferred.
      • AI literacy preferred.u00A0
      • Proven experience leading, teaching, and integrating a diverse team.
      • Very strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across many functions and build bridges of trust and mutual respect.
      • Demonstrated thought leadership with a track record of influencing industry trends and driving strategic vision.
      • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
      • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage a heavy workload.
      • Open to travel as needed.
      • BA/BS required; MBA/other graduate degree preferred.

      The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $140,000 to $295,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
