      Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Assets (Procurement, Real Estate & Security)

      We’re seeking a strategic, business-oriented executive to lead both our Human Resources and Corporate Assets functions. This dual-role position oversees enterprise-wide strategy and management of HR, Procurement, Real Estate, and Security as key operational areas that support the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of operational leadership, strategic execution, and organizational alignment, ensuring that talent, infrastructure and resources evolve with business priorities.

      This role is based in Mt. Laurel, NJ and is eligible for relocation assistance.

      Human Resources Leadership

      • Serve as a strategic partner to the President & CAO and senior leadership aligning talent strategy with long-term business goals.
      • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data driven global HR strategy across all areas including talent acquisition, workforce planning, policy & compliance, corporate social responsibility, training and performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement
      • Champion a high-performance culture by implementing programs that foster leadership development, employee growth, and continuous feedback
      • Oversee HR change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, mergers/acquisitions, and rapid scaling
      • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across global jurisdictions, while maintaining a strong ethical and inclusive work environment
      • Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to shape strategy, identify trends, and anticipate emerging challenges
      • Build and lead a high-impact HR team capable of supporting a diverse, global workforce.

      Corporate Asset Oversight

      • Provide executive oversight of the Corporate Assets function encompassing Procurement, Real Estate and Corporate Security
      • Drive a unified strategy that ensures operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and scalable support for the organization.
      • Lead procurement strategy and operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost control to ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services
      • Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure proper utilization and risk management of assets
      • Oversee the organization’s global Real Estate portfolio, including leasing facilities management, space planning and capital investments.
      • Lead the global security function, including physical building security and crisis management through the establishment of governance and protocols to protect people, assets and information.
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Corporate Assets operations align with business growth and transformation objectives

      Qualifications

      • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, corporate services, or operations
      • Diversified experience in business operations in addition to HR is a plus
      • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and strategic asset management
      • Proven experience managing large, geographically distributed global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
      • Experience managing procurement, corporate real estate, and facilities a strong plus
      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
      • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification a plus

      Pay:

      We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $501,500.00 - $789,865.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
