      Overview :

      As the Senior Vice President, Commercial Initiatives, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, and strategic leadership of our digital reporting and our transcription-based Allegis business. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B selling dynamics, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering results and creating client value.


      What you'll do:

      • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and execute pricing strategies that accelerate revenue growth while considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, geographical variances, client segmentation, and perceived customer value.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product leaders, sales, finance, and regional leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with the overall business strategy and support growth objectives. Engage and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration, buy-in, and execution of pricing strategies.
      • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats, staying current on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
      • Design Alternative Pricing Strategies & Structures: Define and optimize go-to-market alternatives, including the possibility of packaging, bundling, and tiering strategies, to enhance value capture and drive growth.
      • Implement Pricing Modeling Tools & Business Intelligence: Assess and implement a Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) modeling tool and partner with finance to create pricing analytics and business intelligence strategy.
      • Pricing Governance & Reporting: Establish pricing governance and policies, while creating KPI’s and metrics that maximize pricing yield and enhance business execution.
      • Revenue Growth Initiatives: Lead revenue acceleration initiatives, including identifying areas of revenue leakage and optimizing both company, and regionalized rate and product pricing strategies.
      • Business leadership: Lead the further deployment of digital reporting throughout the business.
      • Optimization & Transformation: optimize our Allegis and transcription businesses with an eye on transforming this business with the usage of AI based ASR solutions.


      Who you are:


      Experience, Skills & Competencies

      • 10-15+ years of pricing and/or data analytics experience, minimum of 5+ years of B2B pricing leadership experience.
      • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred)

      Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      • Proven experience in pricing strategy, governance, and modeling, with a focus on revenue growth acceleration.
      • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive adoption and execution.
      • Deep analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
      • Leadership Change Agent—ability to cultivate stakeholder relationships and execute aligned business outcomes.
      • Problem-solving: use problem-solving skills to analyze pricing KPI’s and devise strategies to improve them.
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important
      • Legal Services knowledge, including market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and industry trends is preferred, but not required.
      • Experience procuring and launching pricing and analytics software is a plus.
