- Continue to develop and execute the strategic vision for the residential services division, aligning with Columbia Hospitality’s overall goals and values.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
- Provide direct leadership to General Managers and regional leaders, holding them accountable for performance, financial results, and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the division.
- Oversee the management of multiple high-end residential communities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and service standards.
- Regularly visit properties to assess cleanliness, maintenance, operational efficiency, and homeowner satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance profitability and improve service delivery.
- Lead business development efforts to expand Columbia Hospitality’s residential portfolio through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and developer relations.
- Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with developers, ownership groups, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the successful onboarding and transition of new communities into our management portfolio.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all managed communities, ensuring alignment with financial targets and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with Boards of Directors and internal accounting teams to monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and optimize profitability.
- Provide regular financial reports and performance updates to senior leadership and community boards.
- Inspire and mentor a team of residential leaders, fostering growth, accountability, and professional development.
- Partner with People & Culture to develop talent strategies, succession plans, and training initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of leadership and team engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison with homeowner association Boards of Directors, ensuring transparent communication and collaborative decision-making.
- Attend board meetings, executive sessions, and community events to represent Columbia Hospitality’s interests and address homeowner concerns.
- Enhance homeowner satisfaction through proactive communication, responsive service, and community-focused initiatives.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential, hospitality, or luxury condominium management, with multi-property oversight.
- Proven success in business development, strategic planning, and asset management.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, boards, and diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving operational excellence and team performance.
- Experience collaborating with homeowner associations, developers, and ownership groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., BuildingLink).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support community operations and business development efforts.

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Residential Services will spearhead the strategic direction of our residential services division, providing visionary leadership to drive growth, operational excellence, and exceptional homeowner experiences. This position reports to the President of Columbia Hospitality Residential.
