      Overview

      The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

      Within the Data & Services organization, the Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A) product organization is focused on creating and delivering superior products for our clients in the areas of operational & location insights, business intelligence, predictive analytics and data driven experimentation. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful product road mapping that evolves our solution sets to meet existing and new use cases and partnering with our Business Development and Client Services teams to drive relevant go-to-market solutions for our customers in the region.

      The SVP of Business Insight will lead a team responsible for the development and ongoing management of our suite of Business Insight solutions leveraging Mastercard and customer data that we offer to our Issuers, Acquirers, and will ensure ongoing innovation and launch of new solutions.

      Key responsibilities include:

      o Product vision, strategy, and translation into product roadmap
      o Interviewing end users, analyzing market trends, competitive landscape and defining target customer and value proposition
      o Identifying necessary product features and investments based on customer needs and ensure customer engagement
      o Leading product development with technology team, including build/buy/partner analysis
      o Collaborating closely with Client Services & Technology to quickly develop, evaluate and iterate on new concept ideas
      o Working with marketing, sales, and delivery functions to define go-to-market strategy, define delivery strategy, and acquire and engage customers
      o Interfacing with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness: Marketing, LFI, Data Strategy, pricing teams etc.
      o Lead a team of > 100 people

      o Accountability for delivering top and bottom line success for the Business Insights program
      o Innovative leadership to continue evolving our product suite and drive future success
      o Interface with Mastercard global leadership to represent the suite of products
      o Ability to effectively build and prioritize the product roadmaps
      o Ability to effectively work with technology and data
      o Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products


      All About You

      o Experience with large Product and P&L management
      o Experience with SaaS solutions and ability to set a vision, strategy and drive execution
      o Good understanding of technology and software development to solve problems
      o Strong project management skills
      o Experience leading teams
      o Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
      o Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, global, fast-paced teams
      o Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
      o Knowledge of the financial services and retail industries a plus

      In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
