  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement multi-tiered web applications
  - Research, test, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on requirements
  - Maintain a repository for all in-house and third-party software/customizations and documentation
  - Assist in evaluating and recommending application software packages and testing tools
  - Mentor and guide junior developers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - At least 10 years of professional experience in web development
  - Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale web applications
  - Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Node.js and Python
  - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
  - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in BigCommerce and/or eCommerce development
  - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
  - Experience with databases like MySQL and Oracle
  - Knowledge of web security best practices
  - Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
