What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, create, and maintain web applications, including documentation and transitioning to responsive design
- Provide direct support and technical advice to internal customers for advanced troubleshooting
- Contribute to coding standards, processes, and policies related to security and performance
- Participate in quality assurance processes, including code reviews and testing
- Collaborate with a small team to improve the web infrastructure continuously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and four years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and six years of relevant experience; OR
- Associate’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and seven years of relevant experience; OR
- Eight years of relevant experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing in PHP
- Experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Experience developing secure web applications for protected information (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA)
