5+ years QA Experience
Familiarity & Experience with Agile Methodologies
Testing Web Applications & Websites for functionality, performance, usability, security and compatibility across different browsers & device.
Identify, document and track bugs, errors and inconsistencies in web applications
Collaborate with developers, designers and product teams to ensure high-quality web experiences
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for web-based applications
Perform regression testing to ensure previously resolved issues do not reoccur
Validate front-end and back-end integrations, including APIs, databases, and third-party services
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure responsiveness and compatibility
Confident with setting up QA processes
Exposure to both manual & automation testing
Functional, System Integration & Regression testing experience
Stakeholder management skills
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office

Senior Web QA (Hybrid)Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Web QA to join our KLG IT Team. The role would report into the KLG IT Director, and would work closely with the KLG Digital Product Team, KLG IT PMO, KLG and the KLG Sales Operations Team.
You would be required to work with several different Kaplan Business Units (KIL, ALP & ESL) as detailed above and be expected to become familiar with many of the systems supporting Kaplan’s customer facing & non-customer facing systems.
You’ll work to ensure that new features are robustly tested and support us in developing a robust testing framework and approach.
About You
You’ll have several years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Tester and of taking the lead on testing, quality and assurance. Of benefit would be knowledge of:
