      Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for performing wind data analysis, calculating the energy production of future wind farms on a global scale, and assessing operational wind farm data from our large offshore portfolio.

      Welcome to Energy Yield Assessment
      You’ll be part of a team where you, together with your 20 colleagues, will be working within the area of energy yield analysis, maturing development project through layout and production optimisation, and performing power curve verification and evaluation on running assets. As a team, we collaborate closely, bringing ideas forward and inspiring each other. We have an open-minded and engaged culture where we challenge the status quo and take good care of each other.

      You’ll play an important role in:

      • assessing wind resources for utility-scale, offshore wind farms
      • performing various data analysis on wind and production data
      • preparing wind farm layouts under site-specific conditions
      • conducting energy yield analysis, together with the associated uncertainty and losses
      • contributing to our continuous improvement through R&D and tool developments.

      To succeed in the role, you:

      • are an engineer or modeller, preferably with experience assessing wind resources and energy yields
      • are curious to explore new areas and deep dive to expand your understanding and improve existing methods
      • are a competent user of Matlab or another high-level technical computing language, e.g., Python
      • speak and write English fluently, communicate efficiently with your stakeholders, and present your results professionally to your colleagues
      • are bright, with excellent analytical skills and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and effective manner, enabling you to prioritise your tasks
      • are approachable, fun to work with and wish to solve tasks, not just independently, but as part of an energetic team always striving to improve.
