Job Purpose
The Sr.Technical Consultant – winshuttle serves as subject matter expert for the winshuttle development environment. Responsible for having an in-depth knowledge winshuttle solution and SAP functional modules. Develops,implements and supports technical solutions in winshuttle.
Key Accountability Areas
• Custom winshuttle Development
Develop workflows, forms (English / Arabic), reports, interface with SAP, conversion programs and enhancements to meet the business requirements while delivering within defined project deadlines.• Solution documentation
Produce high quality technical documents on all developments and customizations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed for knowledge transfer across the team.• Projects Assessment
Perform and document impact analysis and development estimates for Requests for Change and Project Assessments / Scoping with accurate effort estimates and low-level design on technical solution ensuring that proposed solutions and requirements are viable and can be delivered to satisfaction of the customer.
• Post go-live support
Resolve production incidents during the support and maintenance phase within the defined Service Level Agreements –SLAs to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.• Mentoring
Provide the necessary technical guidance and support to ensure the high-quality technical solutions with very low defect rate while meeting deadlines.Role Accountability
