5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
2+ years with hands-on experience with Workday report and dashboard design and development.
Proficient in building and maintaining custom, matrix and composite reports in Workday
Experience in Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and storytelling stills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving
Partner with Technology, Finance, and HR business partners to understand workforce challenges and data needs.
Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
Leverage advanced storyboarding techniques to transform data findings into compelling narratives that that drive strategic decision making.
- Apply strong technical and analytical skills to explore data, identify trends, and solve complex business problems related to people analytics and strategy.
- Use data storytelling and visualization techniques to clearly communicate insights, shape recommendations, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Lead the consultation, stakeholder management and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations related to workforce metrics.
Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high standard of precision
Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely with IT and other stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and data science.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
