- Manage career development, goal setting, performance reviews, and merit planning for direct reports.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and discipline when needed, to support team growth and performance.
- Working in an Agile engineering/development environment where you will be organizing multiple scrum teams, prioritizing/maintaining the backlog, hosting program increment planning events, etc.
- Drive technical execution using best practices in secure development, automation, and network design.
- Lead engineering teams in the design, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level cyber systems.
- Bachelor Degree and 5 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment as a scrum team leader and/or product owner
- 1+ years of leading a project and/or driving performance again schedule
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
- Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance
- 1+ years of product owner experience
- 3+ years experience with Model-based System Engineering
- 2+ years of proven leadership skills as a people and technical leader, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience with Agile Tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Previous experience with EVMS, IMS, or scheduling activities
- Active IAT Level III certification (e.g. CISSP), or higher

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
