      About The Role

      The SEO & Product Content Coordinator drives content accuracy, discoverability, and brand consistency across Sunco's digital platforms. Focus areas include SEO best practices, crafting optimized product titles, metadata, and descriptions, maintaining current content on Shopify, Amazon, and other digital assets.

      The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong English writing skills, and an analytical mindset to support SEO initiatives, blog research, and content improvements. This role collaborates with Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams to support product launches, platform accuracy, and search performance.

      What You'll Do

      1. SEO-Focused Product Copywriting:
        • Write keyword-optimized product titles, descriptions, and metadata for Shopify, Amazon, and packaging, including SEO research and formatting.
      2. Content QA Across Platforms:
        • Review content for consistency, brand tone, grammar, and accuracy across Amazon, Shopify, Figma, and Sunco.com.
      3. Shopify & Google Metadata:
        • Maintain metadata for Shopify and Google, updating comparison charts with SKU data.
      4. Alt Text for Shopify Blocks:
        • Create SEO-optimized alt text for images in Shopify content to improve accessibility and search.
      5. Listings Maintenance:
        • Write and review product titles and bullet points, ensuring accuracy and SEO compliance.
      6. Sunco.com Copy Updates:
        • Revise category and landing page copy for clarity and SEO.
      7. Voiceover Copy for Videos:
        • Draft engaging scripts for product videos, aligning with brand standards.
      8. SEO Research for Blogs:
        • Conduct keyword and topic research, providing SEO insights and content outlines.
      9. Amazon Comparison Charts:
        • Audit and update charts for SKU accuracy and keyword alignment.
      10. YouTube Content Maintenance:
        • Ensure descriptions, links, and titles are accurate and optimized.
      11. New Product Naming:
        • Suggest SEO-friendly, on-brand product names for launches.
      12. Negative Customer Experience Monitoring:
        • Monitor reviews for issues, flag problems, and suggest content updates to improve customer satisfaction.
      13. Product Documentation Revisions:
        • Review and update manuals, spec sheets, and listing assets for clarity, accuracy, and branding.

      Qualifications

      • 3–5 years of SEO content writing or digital marketing experience.
      • Strong skills in SEO and technical content creation.
      • Experience with e-commerce SEO for platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
      • Native-level English fluency with excellent grammar and clarity.
      • Understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
      • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).
      • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Figma, ElevenLabs is a plus.
      • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
      • Proactive communicator and team player.

      Additional Requirements

      • Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
      • Reliable internet and private remote workspace.
