      A key position in our team is the SEO Account Director;

      Purpose of the Role

      • Understand our clients' business objectives and translate that into best-in-class bespoke Owned Media strategies.
      • Lead your own team to deliver innovative and ambitious solutions that deliver client objectives and iProspect KPIs.
      • Ensure your team works collaboratively with the specialist teams across Owned and Earned (Content, Outreach, Creative, PR) to produce exceptional strategies that deliver measurable reward for clients.
      • Deliver financial targets growing revenue and tracking progress.
      • Be an ambassador for iProspect, connecting across external networks to deliver value through building brand reputation in the industry.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Works closely with Head of SEO, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to the channel
      • Ensure best practice and innovation in all SEO activities
      • Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
      • Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
      • Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development
      • Conducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitability
      • Contributes to new business development when required

      Skills required

      Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels – presenting with impact, managing conflict and developing internal and external relationships.

      Highly Commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor.

      Experience of managing large, complex search accounts across different vertical markets (e.g. Finance, automotive, technology, travel) within an agency.

      Experience of working with best-in-class search technology platforms and articulating the tech value proposition to senior clients and procurement teams.
