What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the SEO Manager in developing and refining SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, and URL structures
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Assist with technical SEO audits and manage Google Business Profiles for improved local search visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with B2B or professional services websites
- Understanding of UX principles as they relate to SEO
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
