What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic quarterly business plans to maximize sales based on territory performance
- Implement customized in-store strategies to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Facilitate daily trainings on new product launches and reinforce core products
- Grow brand love, increase basket penetration, and acquire new clients
- Establish exceptional relationships at store level and provide support for in-store needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of current Education Executive, Account Executive, or Sales Management experience in a beauty/retail environment
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills in live and digital formats
- Makeup Artistry experience and skincare knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours, including weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- Knowledge of brand sales metrics and inventory management
