  Minnesota Epilepsy Group is the largest and most comprehensive adult and pediatric epilepsy program in the Midwest. As a regional referral facility, we are the recognized leader in treating epilepsy and other seizure-related conditions in infants to the elderly. We are a national, state-of-the-art, Level 4 epilepsy center committed to enhancing each patient's quality of life and maximizing seizure control.Starting Salary: $32.00Key Responsibilities Server Management:Installation and Configuration: Setting up new servers and configuring them for specific needs.Maintenance: Regularly updating software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance.Monitoring: Tracking server performance, identifying potential issues, and proactively addressing them.Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.Security:Security Audits: Regularly assessing systems for vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security policies.User Access Control: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources.User Support:Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to IT Specialists and end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Documentation: Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.On-Call Rotation Responsibilities: Being available outside of regular working hours to address critical issues.Responding to alerts and escalations promptly.Performing necessary troubleshooting and temporary fixes until the issue can be fully resolved during regular business hours.Other Responsibilities:Backup and Recovery: Monitoring and managing data backup.Performance Optimization: Identifying and implementing measures to improve server performance and efficiency.Project Participation: Participating in IT projects.Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in server administration.Minimum Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field preferred.Four (4) years of experience in the computer technology field.A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN is necessary.Valid driver's license.Experience with a wide variety of computer software packages and hardware platforms.Experience in setting up and installing personal computers.Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.Ability to perform all essential position functions under the working conditions as described.Desired Qualifications Experience with Natus xltek software.Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and its various applications.Experience with Voice-over-IP is a plus.Experience with Help Desk software.Certifications like Server+ and MCSE can be beneficial.Minnesota Epilepsy Group PA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Benefits Summary 401(k)Disability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApply For This Job First Name *Last Name *Phone *Email *Have you applied at this company before? *Yes NoHow were you referred to the company? *Pronouns *Race *Protected Veterans *Job Positions Attach Resume *No file chosen Browse#J-18808-Ljbffr
