- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
