What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide senior technical support for all server infrastructure components
- Consult with users, evaluate requirements, recommend designs, and coordinate tasks for projects
- Recommend network solutions for various projects
- Design and implement complex solutions with teammates
- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for service desk and perform incidents root cause analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing system administration and infrastructure role
- Experience with Citrix, SCCM, and Application Virtualization
- Broad knowledge of IT concepts and technologies
- Strong documentation and organizational practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of networking technologies
- Experience with Windows Server, SharePoint, Terminal Services, Citrix, Microsoft AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
