  What we are looking for:
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is also a must.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, team-oriented environment, adapt to changing needs and maintain a high standard of performance.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
  • Possess computer literacy and the ability to learn POS system and ensure accuracy in transactions and cash-handling.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Keep the service area organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Obtain relevant training certificates and/or licensure as required.
  • Previous experience as a server, server assistant, host, busser, food runner, bar back or in a fast food or restaurant operation are helpful but not required.
  What you will be doing:
  • Interact with guests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a hospitable experience.
  • Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items.
  • Assess guests’ needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate food or service issues promptly to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper set-up of station and service areas.
  • Deliver service elements within established timeframes.
  • Verify guests’ age for alcohol purchases and ensure accurate cash handling.
