OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Restaurant Server with previous Steakhouse / Fine Dining experience to join our team!
Servers always deliver expectational guest services while displaying deep knowledge of menu preparation and wine knowledge.
T his individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities include: welcoming and accompanying guest to their tables , suggesting and upselling pre dinner cocktails and explaining Restaurant concept while maintaining out Resort Life Style service at all times.
Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead
Greet guests as they arrive and accompany them to their table
Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of cocktails (pre and after dinner), wines and food
Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests
Be the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversation
Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
Responsibilities
Someone with 2-4 years of steakhouse / fine dining food service experienceSomeone with excellent communication skills
Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality
Someone who is descriptive and can sell
Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Someone who can work under pressure in an elegant and sophisticated setting
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
