      Outlet Server
      Department: Food and Beverage
      Reports to: Outlet Manager/Supervisor
      Status: Non-Exempt


      Job Summary:
      The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
      Qualification Standards
      Education & Experience:
      • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
      Physical Requirements:
      • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
      • Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
      • Ability to stand during entire shift.
      • Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food and beverages.
      Mental Requirements:
      • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
      • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and acct
      • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including ability to handle gu disputes to satisfactory results.
      • Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs t becomes a necessity.
      • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
      • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including, preventing, iden problems as necessary.
      • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from disparate so adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.
      Marginal:
      • Attend meetings/training as required by management.
      • Perform other duties as requested by management.
