      Get to Know This Role
      The Server position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations whose responsibilities include but are not limited to serving guests, suggesting and explaining menus, running food and drinks, carrying trays, handling money transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The Server, who will report to the FOH Supervisor Team, is responsible for being an expert resource to the guests visiting our onsite Food and Beverage Operations.

      What You Will Do
      • Make certain our guests have exceptional experiences through high service standards while performing serving duties including but not limited to serving guests, suggesting and explaining menus, entering & managing orders in POS system, running food and drinks, carrying trays, handling money transactions while supporting other team members with their responsibilities
      • Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly maintained table and are greeted immediately
      • Move and organize large quantities of china, glass, silverware, supplies, and any other regularly used items
      • Ensures all equipment, tools, and working areas are safe, clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition
      • Actively participates in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge
      • May be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed
      • Follow and enforce all SNBC policies and local/state laws and regulations in regard to responsible alcohol service
      • Uphold standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanliness

      Please Apply if You Have
      • 1 year prior experience as a banquet or dining room server preferred or
      • 1 year prior experience in a front of house position within a full-service restaurant required
      • A pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance required
      • Ability to handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities while still delivering superior service to the guests
      • Exceptional communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
      • A passion and desire to learn about craft beer and its accompanying cuisine
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of hospitality and restaurant flow
      • Ability to provide exceptional guest service
      • Excellent work ethic with attention to detail
      • Basic computer literacy skills and preferred experience with restaurant Point of Sale

      Additional Requirements to Consider Before Applying
