Job Description
- Req#: REF4217G
- Set up service areas and trays for meal services, adhering to food safety guidelines and patients' dietary restrictions
- Assist cook in meal preparation and service, meeting scheduled meal times and following established policies
- Deliver residents' meal carts and stock patient units
- Follow federal, state, and community rules, regulations, and procedures
- Assist supervisor with food service tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and multitask
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ServSafe certification is a plus
