Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA to find Server rack Assembly Operators for Day and Swing shifts! $19-$22 an hour depending on experience and shift! APPLY NOW! Job Summary The Server Rack Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling server racks by installing various hardware components such as servers and network switches according to technical specifications. They ensure proper cable management and conduct quality checks to verify that the assembled racks meet performance and safety standards. Skill Requirements : • Rack Assembly experience •Proficient in Component Installation •Ability to manage Cable Management •Skilled in conducting Quality Inspection •Experience with basic Testing •Familiarity with maintaining Documentation •Basic skills in Troubleshooting •Knowledge of Tool and Equipment Maintenance •Understanding of Safety Compliance Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
