- Requisition all supplies as needed
- Prepare garnishes as prescribed: limes, lemons, etc.
- Ensure adequate supply of clean glassware.
- Wipe down liquor bottles to maintain cleanliness.
- Supply towels and maintain pool area.
- Assure that all drinks served are recorded properly on the POS
- Take guest orders at the pool.
- Settle all guest transactions on each round of drinks.
- Offer menus
- Demonstrate alcohol awareness - knowing when to stop serving a customer.
- Shall request identification when legal age is in question.
- Assist fellow co-workers and guests to ensure delivery of standards of service without being directed. Be aware of team members and environment and participate as a member of the team.
- Responsible seeing that daily assignments and side work is complete in their respective areas, to meet Club standards and as communicated in the service expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, consistently sanitary work areas, refill/stock containers and supplies, etc.)
- Notify supervisor of guest complaints at the time they occur. Rectify, practicing service recovery, any complaints as soon as possible.
- Responsible for possessing clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer, and wines available by the Hotel.
- Must be able to interact with guests professionally, helping them with changes and last minute requests as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve alcoholic beverages as ordered and food orders in a prompt, friendly and professional manner to our in house guests.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Shall be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force to constantly move objects.
Will be required to perform CPR when appropriate.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED AND OPERATED: POS, cash register, bartending utensils.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Subject to working long periods of walking and standing, outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
