      Job Summary

      The Server is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Greet guests and take their orders
      • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
      • Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery of food and beverages
      • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
      • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
      • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
      • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders
      • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
      • Perform other duties as assigned by management

      Qualifications

      • Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
      • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

      Education

      High school diploma or equivalent
