- Handling all transactions effectively and correctly (including cash, credit cards, house charges, room charges, and gift cards)
- Take direction, learn, and utilize information for the benefit of the restaurant and it's guests
- Working quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Working well with others and work together for common goals
- Following all hotel/restaurant policies and procedures
- Greeting and seating guest, answering phones when needed
- Expedite and run food for own tables and other
- Demonstrating teamwork at all times
- Morning availability
Serving experience preferred
- Respect and support fellow team members
- Passionate about the guest experience
- TIPS certifiable
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
