Do you love working in the food and service industry, but would love even more to be home before 8 most evenings? Looking to begin your career in healthcare? Do you like the idea of getting to know your customers, since you’ll see them every day? Do you have a passion for serving people, are you energized by working with solid team, and do you want to at a place where you’ll laugh and celebrate life every day? Apply to become a Server for Senior Star!

As a Server at Senior Star, you’ll work in a senior living community that offers a five star dining experience for its residents. It’s a very different environment from a restaurant, hospital or nursing home; a senior living community is a residential setting where residents live and where a team of associates work to provide them with exceptional experiences, services, and care.

      • You will receive paid training as a server, including a complete on-the-job training to learn and become confident in the skills necessary to provide exceptional dining service for residents.
      • Daily, a server supports one or more meal times, serving breakfast, lunch, and or dinner depending on the community’s scheduled dining options. The dining rooms are open, in general, for breakfast starting around 7 am, lunch starting around 11 am, and dinner starting around 4:30 pm. Our typical dinner service ends at 7:30.
      • Servers have the opportunity participate in special events, work in multiple dining venues, and earn holiday pay for all major holidays worked.
