      Mining is a challenging industry. By partnering with Liebherr-Mining, you have the benefit of our 50 years’ experience in design, manufacturing and support of mining machinery.

      Step into a pivotal role within our dynamic administration team at Liebherr Canada mining! As part of our Service department, your role will revolve around ensuring optimal performance of diverse clerical and administrative tasks.

      Initial training will be split between our Acheson and Ft. MacKay branch.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee accurate opening, closing, and invoicing of work orders, ensuring alignment with company policies and KPIs.
      • Assist with warranty claims and manage purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and services.
      • Schedule rental equipment and provide daily operational updates.
      • Code vendor invoices, track work order statuses, and issue proforma and final invoices to customers.
      • Assist technicians with parts orders and provide machine and service information to customers.
      • Handle time entries for both payroll and customer systems.
      • Undertake other relevant duties as required.

      Competencies

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field considered an asset.
      • 1-3 years as a Service Administrator in a similar industry, with experience in purchase orders and customer service.
      • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
      • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
      • Experience with accounting systems like Baan or SAP is beneficial.
      • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • A dynamic team player who maintains a positive attitude.
