Volvo of San Antonio is seeking a strong relationship-building Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing dealership. You are a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and managing many different projects at once. You understand the value of procedures, and yet you know when to think outside of the box. You are known for your insights and high integrity. Your team relies on you to manage many projects that are your customers’ vehicles, to deliver the vehicles back to the customer on time. You are constantly growing, learning, and expanding your knowledge. You value the opportunity to provide exceptional service, ensuring your customers are safe in their vehicles. You maintain a strong level of enthusiasm, positivity and productivity with other associates throughout the dealership.

Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You’ll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect.
The Customer Experience Manager is a front line associate who is a liaison between the customer and the technician. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process.
