What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
- Make effective decisions based on comprehensive case analysis
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products, software applications, and processes
- Handle exceptions, escalations, and technical issues while minimizing regulatory risk
- Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and use computer systems
- Hunger for continued learning and problem-solving capabilities
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
- Series 6 FINRA licensing preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with financial and non-financial processing
- Experience with mentoring or coaching in a professional setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in pursuing further education or training related to the insurance industry
