      Job Title: Sales & Logistic Administrator

      Division : Weir Minerals

      Location: Heilbronn/Herten, Onsite

      PURPOSE OF ROLE

      The Sales & Logistic Administrator plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the German & European Aftermarket division, falling under the Sales Operations Team. This position involves overseeing crucial background tasks, including local storage management, and managing the coordination and processing of sale, service and logistical jobs.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous reporting and ensuring the precision and efficiency of these duties, contributing to the division's operational excellence and overall success.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Control and support of aftermarket logistic
      • Administrative support for Field Service: including admin support for Field Service operations.
      • Maintain proactive customer communication channels.
      • Generate comprehensive service and aftermarket quotations
      • Accurate and efficient order management handling
      • Manage essential local shipping paperwork.
      • In-depth internal service analysis and reporting.
      • Thorough and organized document management.
      • Effective local office operations oversight.
      • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

      JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Industrial management assistant or office manager with technical background
      • SAP knowledge is an advantage
      • Prior experience in similar positions
      • Proficiency with MS Office
      • High customer service mindset
      • High attention to detail
      • Team player attitude
      • Professional oral and written communication in English and German
      • Basic mathematical skills
      • Ability to solve practical problems
      • Engage and promote a zero harm culture
